Clive Barker's Hellraiser: Revival platforms and editions

Clive Barker's Hellraiser: Revival launched on PC through Steam, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch 2. Choose the platform that fits your setup: the same single-player campaign is available across four launch systems, but frame-rate modes, physical formats and Deluxe access differ. Compare launch date, performance, availability and player count in one place, then check when each Deluxe extra enters the campaign or menu.

Compare the launch platforms first, then inspect what Deluxe content changes in the menu and campaign.

Launch platform comparison

The full game released on October 8, 2026 for PC through Steam, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch 2. On PC, performance depends on hardware settings, and an SSD is recommended. PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X support 30 or 60 FPS modes; Xbox Series S and Switch 2 target 30 FPS. Treat these as platform targets rather than a promise that every scene will behave identically on every display or configuration.

Availability also differs in a useful way. PC is a digital Steam release. PlayStation 5 and Xbox have digital and physical console editions, while Switch 2 uses a physical key-card edition. The physical retail date for the Switch 2 card is October 30, 2026, later than the digital launch. Xbox Play Anywhere is supported for the Xbox release, which matters for players who move between supported Xbox surfaces. The digital PC release also carries Steam Achievements, Steam Cloud, Family Sharing and full controller support.

Physical formats and language context

PS5 and Xbox have physical copies, with performance following the associated console platform. The Switch 2 physical product uses a key card rather than a traditional cartridge presentation. That distinction changes what to expect from the physical box and the console's storage behaviour, but it does not change the campaign's single-player structure.

The PC release includes English full audio, with interface and subtitle support for French, Italian, German, Spanish Spain, Russian, Simplified Chinese and Brazilian Portuguese. Language coverage can differ by platform, so check the edition you plan to buy before assuming every menu or asset is localized. The campaign itself remains single-player regardless of whether you choose the digital PC version or a physical console edition.

Deluxe content you can use

The Deluxe Edition includes The Nailer, a Cenobite shotgun skin, a Punisher baseball bat skin, a Leviathan weapon charm, a digital art book, a digital soundtrack, the Bleeding Hearts novella and an 80s Horror Movie Filter. The first four are tied to equipment or its presentation; the final four are menu or visual extras. Keeping those groups visible helps a player answer a practical question: is an item something to equip during the campaign, or something to open outside the campaign? The weapon skins change appearance rather than adding new weapon classes, while The Nailer is the Deluxe extra that enters the combat loadout.

The Nailer becomes available at Zora's shop after the first encounter. The digital art book, soundtrack and novella are opened from the main menu, while the 80s Horror Movie Filter is enabled from the game's options. The extras split into equipment, a charm, digital reading or listening material and a visual option, so you can tell what changes the campaign and what stays outside it.

Pre-order boundary

The Labyrinth pistol skin and Martyr sawblade skin are pre-order bonuses. They are separate from Deluxe content, so keep the two kinds of entitlement distinct when comparing editions.

For the campaign itself, every launch platform is single-player and follows the same story and puzzle premise. The meaningful Deluxe difference is when an extra enters the menu or equipment flow. Check the PC requirements before a Steam purchase, then browse the official art and trailers if you want to compare the game's presentation.
